1. Site publisher
The website foliofinance.fr (hereinafter "FolioFinance") is published by a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity.
In accordance with Article 6-III-2 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the publisher, acting in a non-professional capacity, has chosen to remain anonymous to the public. Their full identity has been provided to the site's hosting provider, which is required to keep it and to disclose it to the judicial authorities upon request.

3. Purpose of the service
FolioFinance is an online service enabling finance, management-control and data professionals to create, customise and publish an interactive portfolio, including the embedding of dashboards and documents hosted by third-party services.
4. Intellectual property
The overall structure of the site, its source code, its visual identity, its portfolio templates, its texts, logos and interface elements are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Content published by users in their portfolio (texts, images, data, embedded documents) remains their exclusive property. The publisher only holds the technical licence strictly necessary to host and display this content, as described in Article 7 of the Terms of Service.
The trademarks and logos of the third-party services that can be embedded in portfolios (Microsoft Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Office, OneDrive) belong to their respective owners. FolioFinance is neither affiliated with, nor sponsored, nor endorsed by these companies.
5. Liability
The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the service, without any guarantee of freedom from errors or interruptions. The service is provided "as is".
The publisher exercises no prior control over the content published by users in their portfolios, nor over the content of third-party services embedded by them through the embedding feature (iframe). In this respect, it acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of Article 6-I-2 of the LCEN and promptly removes any manifestly unlawful content reported to it.
6. Reporting unlawful content
Any manifestly unlawful content published on a portfolio may be reported to contact@foliofinance.fr, specifying the URL concerned, a description of the facts and the reasons why the content should be removed.
7. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of trackers is described in the Cookie Policy.
8. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law.
